How Do I Purchase Individual Lectures Using Site Credit?

In this brief video, I am going to show you how to purchase individual lectures on the PRESENT Podiatry Website. So, I am logged in here and if I pull the Menu down, I see that I have no Site Credits, but that is easy to fix. I am going to go here to the Lecture Hall and when the Lecture Hall loads, we are going to see there are different sections of lectures on the left side here. Let us go to the CME section and then you’ll see all the lectures that can be purchased for CME on the site. Now there are annual subscription packages, but you can just buy individual Site Credits to purchase individual lectures.

So, you can purchase your Site Credits first by clicking here, but you don’t have to. Let’s say you put a few lectures in your cart you click on add to cart and you can see how the little cart is moving up here and you can put as many lectures as you want in the cart and then when you are finish you click on the cart and it’s going to tell you that you can now purchase Site Credits. The Site Credits are available in five different packages depending on how many you want to get, it shows you what the package costs, you always get a little bonus credits so for $99 you get 110 Site Credits and 110 Site Credits are good for 5.5 continuing education contact hours or CME. So, let’s say we decide to buy the $99 package and that takes you to the Shopping Cart that shows you your $99 Site Credit package and you are getting 110 Site Credits. And then it lists the lectures that you clicked on to add to your cart. So, then it adds it up at the bottom and it tells you of the 110 credits that you are buying for $99 its going to spend 45 of them and you’ll have 65 left. So, we are going to go here and check out and then in some cases your address will be in here already if you have been a customer and if not you’ll type in your address and then you’ll put in your credit card information. So, I’m going to put in my credit card information, expiration date, these are just test numbers, and we check that these are the lectures that we are buying spending 45 Site Credits we have 65 left. Let’s confirm the purchase and thank-you your purchase is now complete.

Now you have made this purchase and you have these lectures, you can click on the individual lectures to view them here, but you can always go to My Lectures at any time to see the lectures that you have purchased – so here they are. These are all the lectures I have purchased here. Once we earn credit for them you can see the certificate here and that’s all that’s involved in purchasing lectures on the site.
