Pes Planus Part 1 Biomechanics of Pes Planus Surgery

Part 1 of this 2-part lecture reviews in detail the closed chain dynamics that lead to hyperpronation as well as the superstructural influences that lead to persistence of the pes planus attitude throughout the gait cycle. This lecture will orient the attendee to the clinical assessments and insights required when considering surgical intervention for the pes planus foot.
