          Boolean Search Guide

          Operator Purpose Example
          AND Combine filters or keywords; wrap multi-word phrases after AND in quotes. type:lectures AND "residency education"
          OR Finds articles about bunions OR articles containing "hallux valgus" bunion OR hallux valgus
          NOT Finds surgical articles but excludes pediatric surgery surgery NOT pediatric
          MUST Must include "wound" but care and infection are optional boosters +wound care infection
          Quotes Finds the exact phrase "plantar fasciitis" (not plantar and fasciitis separately) "plantar fasciitis"
          Parentheses Diabetes articles that mention any of: wound, ulcer, or infection diabetes AND (wound OR ulcer OR infection)
