In this lecture, Dr. Fitzgerald presents an overview of the common symptoms, risk factors, pathophysiology, diagnostic tests, classifications and treatment options for unilateral progressive flatfoot deformity resulting from posterior tibial tendon dysfunction. Throughout the presentation, he offers clinical pearls as well as the latest findings found in the literature. Ultimately, Dr. Fitzgerald urges the viewer to perform a systematic evaluation of these very complex patients in order to identify appropriate treatments.

Dr. Fitzgerald gives a succinct lecture on cavus foot deformities. He will review common etiology and different classifications. He will then give a very informative look at surgical options according to the Green classification system. This lecture gives a nice overview of cavus deformity and correction and stresses choosing the right procedure for the patient.
