This lecture will review why osteotomies fail, focusing on cut precision. It will introduce the use of the Acc-Cut System to provide reliable, reproducible cuts every time. It will review the most common osteotomies and how to use the accu-cut system with these surgeries. A live surgery will also be screened to demonstrate the ease and precision of the guide system.
