In this lecture Dr. Van Bemmelen reviews the physiology behind the development of peripheral arterial disease along with the use and benefits of endovascular and bypass approaches. He discusses the role of arterial compression therapy, including how to select the appropriate patient, and provides evidence based studies and case examples in support of this procedure.
