Does anyone have recommendations on which implant to use for a stj arthroreisis.  I went to a lecture recently on the Hyprocure and liked it.  Has anyone really noticed a difference on these implants? Pros and cons?

When utilizing arthroresis as an adjunctive procedure in my flatfoot reconstructions, I generally prefer to use the bioBLOCK from Integra LIfeScience, which is absorbable, and therefore provides temporary support, while allowing definitive procedures to heal. It is made of Poly-L Lactic acid, and utilizes unique hand instrumentation which allows for visualization of the implant placement under fluoroscopy.
