I would like to redesign my current certificate of residency and am looking for ideas.  I would prefer a certificate larger than 8 1/2 x 11 (i.e. 11 x 14) that is printed on paper available through common retail sites (not specific hospitals).  I want to edit the form each year (resident's name/date) using Word or Publisher, then print it out on the special certificate paper.  Our program is through the Department of Veterans Affairs, but any form would suffice.  Would you please send e-mail to me with the attached form to Joseph.Green2@va.gov?  I'm not sure, but you may be able to post your certificate for others to see through the "insert picture" link on this site.  Thanks.
