The screws you see are as follows:
The 1st ray beaming screw is a 120mm x 7.5mm fully threaded, headless, cannulated, positional screw.
The 2nd ray beaming screw is an 80mm x 5.5mm fully threaded, headless, cannulated, positional screw.
The 1st and 2nd ray screws are completely intramedullary as they should be using this technique for the most solid construct. The two most lateral screws were inserted using compromised technique, and are not truly beaming screws by strict definition.
The 3rd and 4th ray screws are 80mm x 5.5mm fully threaded, headless, cannulated, positional screws.
This particular screw system is made by Integra Lifesciences.
The subtalar arthroeresis is "OVERSTUFFED" by design. It is a Hyprocure size 10. It effectively reduced the Meary and Kite angles allowing for anatomic placement of the medial column beaming screws.
It is worth noting, an EGR was performed first, prior to delivering the hardware. Elimination of gastroc equinus first allows for easier reduction and realignment of the foot during surgery, in addition to the long term benefit afforded to the patient.
